We will be reducing our baking during this off season, but will continue accepting orders via text or email according to Jacques' availability and schedule. Four De Marie is a private family business that offers homemade French pastries. Jacques, originally from Cameroon, Africa, grew up learning the art of homemade baking and cooking with his French mother. He continued his formation through online French baking classes and was able to practice his skills in the kitchen as a Catholic Religious Monk for over 10 years in the heart of monastic life. He specializes in eclairs, cream puffs, Paris Brest, Lemon-Meringue, tarts, crepes, brioche, and more!
Our journey began with a passion for preserving the rich traditions of French baking, and we take pride in launching this business to provide treats to Americans that capture the true essence of France.
