​Four De Marie is a private family business that offers homemade French pastries. Jacques, originally from Cameroon, Africa, grew up learning the art of homemade baking and cooking with his French mother. He continued his formation through online French baking classes and was able to practice his skills in the kitchen as a Catholic Religious Monk for over 10 years in the heart of monastic life. He specializes in eclairs, cream puffs, Paris Brest, Lemon-Meringue, tarts, crepes, brioche, and more!
